My Father's Actions: A Daughter's Honest Reflection on His Role as a Dad

A woman has gone on X to open up about her father’s actions towards her.

She wrote: “My dad isn’t a good day, he trained me to cater for my siblings and continues to make it my duty to provide for them. I’m the one refusing to do it as I was born like them.

“Also, he literally battered me for refusing to get married at 17 so he could use the bride price to train his sons.

“He’s a misogynist, that’s where my brothers got the one they’re practicing from.”
