Nigeria's NDLEA Issues Wanted Notices for Four Members of the 'Barryshine' Drug Cartel

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has declared four associates of Lagos drug kingpin, Alhaji Suleiman Aremu Ganiu (a.k.a. Barryshine, Ejeoto) wanted for multiple drug trafficking offences.

Following a court order by Justice Akintayo Aluko, the suspects – Olarenwaju Ramon Abdulai (Alhaji Loyingbo), Oluwafemi Akande Abidoye (Igbono, Baba Eje), Olumuyiwa Olufemi Ilori (Murphy), and Alate Kafy Bakare Bukki (Kaffy Travels) have been declared wanted, with their photographs to be publicly displayed.

Barryshine, arrested in August 2024, had been on the NDLEA’s watchlist for four foiled cocaine smuggling attempts to Saudi Arabia and Qatar via Lagos’ MMIA. Many of his drug couriers have been convicted.

The NDLEA urges the public to report any information on the suspects using the following details below;
