Royal Family Member Accused of Raping TV Presenter in New Alleged Sexual Assault Case

Marius Borg Hoiby, the eldest son of Norway’s Crown Princess Mette-Marit has been accused of r@ping a TV presenter in another alleged sxual ass@ult case against the 28-year-old son of Norway’s future queen.   The alleged ass@ult took place at his royal residence in a ‘castle basement party’ with police believed to have a video clip of the attack, according to publication, Se og hor.   The presenter, Linni Meister, 39, reportedly did not remember the alleged attack and only became aware of it after she was informed by law enforcement officials.  Since the report was published, Linni has claimed it is ‘true’ in a statement on Snapchat.  Borg Hiby, who is under investigation for multiple sexual assault cases and drug offences,  has not commented on the latest allegations.   The assault is believed to have taken place in 2018 at a ‘party among friends’ in the basement of Skaugum Castle in 2018, when Borg Hiby was 21.  Police became aware of the alleged crime after discovering three videos and more than 10 photos of the incident on Borg Hiby’s laptop, it was reported.  Linni was informed about the alleged assault at the Oslo Police Station, where she was shown the reportedly incriminating evidence.  After initial reports in Norwegian media, Linni took to her Snapchat to write: ‘I woke up to my phone falling to the floor, as it was being rung by the Norwegian and foreign press.  ‘I understand that there are many who want to comment on the case Se og Hr is reporting today, but I will not comment on it, other than that it is true,’ she writes, and continues: ‘Mostly to protect myself and my family, and because I really feel for the person’s family. This has to end and we can’t have this anymore, or more victims, so I really hope the person gets serious help.’ John Christian Elden, Linni’s lawyer, told the magazine: ‘In a crime of this kind, this is highly unusual, and it is also rare that a suspect really benefits from it. But of course it is his right. He can refuse to testify.’  Marius is the stepson of the future king of Norway. He was four when his mother married the future King Crown Prince Haakon of Norway. His half-sister is the future Queen of Norway.  The post Royal family member accused of raping TV presenter in another alleged sxualass@ultcase appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
