Umo Eno: Fulfilling Destiny At 60

In a journey that epitomises the Nigerian dream, Pastor Umo Eno, the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, marks a significant milestone as he turns 60 on 24th April 2024. Born into humble beginnings in a police barracks in Lagos, his ascension from there to the highest office in Akwa Ibom is nothing short of inspirational.

Before his foray into politics, Pastor Umo Eno navigated the world of entrepreneurship with finesse, serving as the CEO of Royalty Groups and several other enterprises. This experience equipped him with a deep understanding of the challenges facing ordinary Nigerians and instilled in him a fervent desire to bring about positive change.

Hailed as a child of destiny, Pastor Umo Eno has undoubtedly fulfilled his calling as the Governor of Akwa Ibom State. His tenure has been marked by dedication to the welfare of his people and a commitment to transparency, responsive and inclusive governance.

Despite his exalted position, Pastor Umo Eno remains a humble servant of God, seamlessly balancing his spiritual responsibilities with the demands of governance. The people of Akwa Ibom have wholeheartedly embraced Pastor Eno’s administration, recognizing his tangible achievements within a few months in office and acknowledging that their votes in the last general elections were not in vain. His administration’s emphasis on transparency, service delivery, and inclusivity has won the hearts of the people and set a precedent for good governance.

Looking ahead, the future of Akwa Ibom under Pastor Umo Eno’s leadership is bright. His passion for service will continue to provide dividends of democracy and uplift the lives of the people.
