Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FLa.), who has been appointed as the head of a new task force created to spearhead the declassification effort surrounding the assassinations of former President John F. Kennedy. Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., as well as other government secrets, such as the Jeffrey Epstein client list, claimed on Tuesday that she believes there were “two shooters” in John F. Kennedy’s assassination.
During a Tuesday press conference, Luna said, “Based on what I’ve been seeing so far, the initial hearing that was actually held in Congress was actually faulty in the single bullet theory. I believe that there were two shooters.”
Luna told reporters that the new task force is hoping to learn more information regarding the John F. Kennedy assassination prior to the public release of the secret assassination files.
In addition to the assassination files and the Epstein client list, Luna’s task force will also be investigating information regarding unidentified flying objects (UFOs), the 9/11 terrorist attack files, and the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Fox News. The outlet noted that Luna was appointed as the head of the task force by House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.).
Luna told Fox News that the U.S. government “has been hiding information from Americans for decades.”
“We have spent years seeking information on the assassinations of President Kennedy, Senator Kennedy, Reverend King, and other government secrets without success,” the Republican representative said. “It is time to give Americans the answers they deserve, which is why I am honored to lead this bipartisan task force that seeks truth and transparency.”

Luna told Fox News that her task force will work with President Donald Trump and his administration to “deliver truth to the American people” and will aim to “restore trust” in the government by providing “transparency.”
The appointment of the new task force comes after Trump signed an executive order last month directing the federal government to declassify secret files regarding the assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Martin Luther King Jr.
Addressing the appointment of the new task force, Comer told Fox News that by withholding important information from the American people, the federal government has “sowed distrust in our institutions.” Comer emphasized that Luna’s task force will “build on the Trump administration’s efforts to declassify records of national importance and ensure Americans get the answers they deserve.”
