The Representative of Cross River State at the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC Board, Rt. Hon. Orok Duke has celebrated the First Lady of the State, Rev Mrs Eyoanwan Otu, on her 60th birthday.
Duke described Mrs Otu as an inspiration to all, adding that she has been instrumental in the development of the state.
The NDDC Rep wished the First Lady happiness, joy, and success as she celebrates her 60s and beyond.
