Governor Otu appoints 55 Special Advisers, Senior Special Assistants & Special Assistants

Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State has appointed 55 more Special Advisers, Senior Special Assistants and Special Assistants.

In a press release signed by Mr Nsa Gill, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor on Monday, 8th July 2024, Otu appointed 21 Special Advisers, 15 Senior Special Assistants and 19 Special Assistants.

“All appointees are to report to the office of the Secretary to the State Government for documentation,” the statement said.

2. Emmanuel Anor – Special Adviser on Rice Value Chain

3. Barr. Eni Okoi – Special Adviser on Ministry of Justice

4. Melody Lebi – Special Adviser on Blue Economy

Another statement by Gill said documentation for Special Advisers will hold on Wednesday 10th July 2024, while documentation for Senior Special Assistants and Special Assistants will hold on Thursday and Friday 11th & 12th July 2024.

“The schedule is simply for the purpose of orderliness and ease of handling for the desk staff,” the statement added.
