Peter Obi to revive death Tinapa Business Resort if elected President in 2023

Calabar, Nigeria – If elected as president in 2023, Mr Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) said he will receive the long death Tinapa Business Resort in Cross River State.

Obi gave the assurance while addressing supporters at the U.J. Esuene Stadium in Calabar, the state capital on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.

Recall that the multi-billion naira project has turned into a forest, with the 2020 #EndSARS protest burying the remains.

But, Obi has given Cross Riverians assurance that he will do everything possible to revive the place which will in turn boost the economy of the state.

The Labour Party presidential candidate lamented that despite the huge investment at Tinapa, there is no political will to make it functional.

On national issues, he said that the lingering problem of insecurity would be a thing of the past if elected as this will unite the country as well as secure the nation.

Obi, a former Governor of Anambra State between 2006 and 2014 also said that his government will end police brutality and ASUU strike if given the mandate.

Speaking earlier, Dr Julious Abure, National Chairman of the Labour Party, said since 1999, “We have been making wrong choices and called on Nigerians to vote massively for the LP candidate to change the narrative”.

On his part, Prof. Pat Utomi said with the emergence of Obi, “A new Nigeria is possible. He will change the narrative from consumption to production and restore the nation back on track”.
