AGGREGATION MANAGER – FLOUR MILLS OF NIGERIA, APAPA
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To monitor extension activities and aggregate targeted number of commodities within area of coverage.
THE JOB
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for sourcing and aggregating high-quality grain commodities within designated coverage areas.
- Establish an extensive network of agro-dealer suppliers.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis to uncover trading opportunities and trends.
- Establish and cultivate a robust network of haulage partners to create an effective and efficient transportation model for the business.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all procurement activities.
- Implement the overall strategy for Grain Desk commodities sourcing and market opportunities.
- Lead and monitor a team of warehouse Accountants and Assistants, providing leadership and support to achieve business objective.

THE PERSON MUST
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of commodities market, procurement strategies, and logistics.
- Proven results in planning and operational management from start to finish.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have capacity to manage several tasks simultaneously. Be flexible and willing to assume a range of unanticipated assignments.
QUALIFICATION
- B.Sc. Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, and Business Administration.
- MBA/M.Sc./PhD. would be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum requirement: A minimum of 5 years of proven track record in successful business development in the agricultural sector
- Professional membership and associations would be an added advantage.
