GH Page boss, Rashad has advised dancehall musician, Shatta Wale to forget about international recognition and remain a village champion.
Speaking on the ShattaFest during today’s edition of his “Rash Hour” show, the renowned blogger decided to add his cent to the ongoing discussion that revolves around ShattaFest.
Rashad said that the event has been in existence for the past 20 years, but what happened at the ShattaFest has never occurred before.
“I want to believe that, if this is how Ghana Party in the Park is organized every year, it wouldn’t have come this far”, he said.
Labeling the incident nonsensical, Rashad said that “it means that this is the first time you guys are doing this nonsense”, questioning thatand why are you doing this nonsense now?”
Rashad believed that, the same entrance was used for both exit and entrance so that a drone shot could be taken to brag that Shatta Wale is the greatest.
“Did Shatta Wale ask you to do it that way? I’m asking. It looks like you wanted to use the same gate, so that it would be too choked that you would take a drone shot of it to brag with it”.
Speaking to Shatta Wale, the GH Page boss advised that, Shatta Wale should forget about international stages and focus on being the village Champion he has always been.
According to Rashad, the likes of Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Kidi, just to mention a few are those that deserve international platforms and stages, and not the dancehall enigma.
He said “Shatta, right now you should be at home. Focus on being a village champion and forget about international stages”.
