CALABAR – PCS Rt. Hon. Barr. Alex Ukam, Federal Commissioner representing Cross River State at the National Population Commission (NPC), has extended his heartfelt wishes to Hon. Barr. Ijom Ukam, the state’s Commissioner for Youth Development, on his birthday.
In a special birthday message on Thursday, 8th May 2025, Rt. Hon. Ukam extolled Barr. Ijom for his dedication to public service and his tireless efforts in serving the state.

Ukam also commended the Commissioner for his passion for youth development, which has earned him recognition as the best Commissioner for Youths in Nigeria.
