The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has celebrated its National Chairman, Nentawe Yilwatda, on his 58th birthday anniversary, describing him as a symbol of unity who has strengthened the party’s internal democracy.
Showering further encomiums on him, the ruling party’s national leadership noted that Yilwatda has provided forthright and inclusive leadership that has deepened the party’s unity and enhanced its institutional capacity.
APC, in a statement by the National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, noted that under his watch, the party successfully implemented its landmark electronic membership registration exercise, which expanded its membership base and consolidated its position as Nigeria’s largest and inimitable political party.
“The APC NWC heartily congratulates our National Chairman, Yilwatda, on the joyous occasion of his 58th birthday anniversary. As we celebrate this important milestone, we thank Almighty God for His abundant grace, protection and wisdom upon the life of our National Chairman.
“We also celebrate a year of purposeful leadership, remarkable accomplishments and unwavering dedication to the growth of our great party and the progress of our dear nation.
“Since assuming office, Yilwatda has provided forthright and inclusive leadership that has strengthened the APC’s internal democracy, deepened party unity and enhanced its institutional capacity. On his watch, the party successfully implemented its landmark electronic membership registration exercise, expanded its membership base and further consolidated its position as Nigeria’s largest and inimitable political party,” the ruling party showered encomiums.
While commenting further, the statement noted: “In alignment with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu, Yilwatda has continued to strengthen and position the party for sustained electoral successes while reinforcing its commitment to democratic values, good governance and national development.”
