The events are scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 15, and Sunday, August 16, 2026.

The first event will hold on Saturday at 4:00 p.m., while the thanksgiving service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.

The celebration is expected to bring together family members, friends, church members, ministers and other guests.

The Sunday service will feature worship, prayers and thanksgiving as part of activities marking the milestone.

A close associate of the bishop said the significance of the occasion goes beyond marking his age, describing it as an opportunity to reflect on his years of service.

“At 50, we are not just marking age. We are marking grace, sacrifice, and the goodness of God.

This celebration is our way of honoring a man of God who has poured himself out for the kingdom and for people.

His life is proof that God still raises men after His heart,” the associate said.

The two-day programme will end with the thanksgiving service on Sunday.
