Ikom, Cross River State – Top leaders and professionals are set to discuss key issues affecting the youth at the Central Senatorial District Town Hall Meeting, scheduled for November 22, 2024, at the Ikom Council Hall.
The event, themed “Seasons of Sweetness Reloaded: The Place of the Central Youth”, is organised by the Office of the Special Adviser on Youth Mobilisation to the Governor of Cross River State.
Prominent panellists include Honourable Markpeace Osim, Majority Leader of the Ikom Legislative Council; Wofai Eteng Otu, gender equality advocate and DG of the Cross River State Political Network; Comrade Nji Nji, a renowned youth advocate; and Samaroh Irek, CEO of Samasa Farms.
Discussions will focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, gender equality, and youth mobilisation.
Moderated by Gifted Nelson, the event will also feature the launch of the Cross River State Youth Mobilisers Community, aimed at fostering coordinated youth engagement.
The Town Hall will be hosted by Mr Daniel Obo, Special Adviser on Youth Mobilisation, while Mrs Mercy Nsor, Chairman of Ikom Local Government Area, serves as Chief Host.
