ASABA (CONVERSEER) – The Brotherhood of the Cross and Star has urged Christians and non-Christians to operate under one flock and one shepherd.

The call was made at the Third Inter-Religious World Conference, titled “Global Unity: The Prospects of One Flock Under One Shepherd” organised by the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star in Asaba, the Delta State capital.

Declaring the 2025 World Conference open, Archbishop Emmanuel Esezobor called on Christians, Muslims and the traditionalists on earth to operate under one flock.

He said, “I was frightened when I saw the title of this conference. My reaction was clear: the end of the world is very near.

“In accordance with the prescription in the Gospel according to St. John 10:16 – And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice and there shall be one fold and one shepherd.
