Ghanaian Gospel musician, Celestine Donkor has shared with women what they should take into consideration before they say yes to a man.
In a video available at the news desk of GH Page, Celestine Donkor advised that “the first thing to look out for is silent treatment. If there is an issue and the person gets angry, then goes the whole day, weeks or even months, without speaking to you, you should be very careful about marrying such a person”.
The musician believes that “women are naturally conversational. When there is a problem, they usually want to talk about it and resolve it. So, if someone resorts to giving you silent treatment, it’s something that can be very difficult to live with in marriage”.
She stated in furtherance that “the second thing is sexual currency. If a man’s sex drive is very high, and he talks about sex all the time, you need to assess yourself. If you don’t have the same level of interest in sex, that marriage may face constant challenges. Make sure your current sexual alignment aligns before you finally decide to marry him”.
She stressed that “check whether she is stingy. Look at whether he pays his tithe. Don’t marry a man who doesn’t pay tithes. If he can’t give 10 percent of his earnings to God, then consider how he will treat you”.
