Victor Ike, the brother to veteran Nollywood actor, Emeka Ike, has revealed that Emeka’s ex-wife and her mother constantly beat up their mother whenever she visits them.

Victor stated this on Wednesday morning on X (formerly Twitter) while replying to social media influencers who called his brother, a “wife beater.”

He said his brother needs to see his kids, adding that the actor has always loved his ex-wife and stood by her even when she told lies.

Victor also said that his brother’s ex-wife turned him against his family.

“Daniel Regha & Co, please don’t be judgmental when you don’t know their stories.

“Emeka Ike is my blood brother, and everything he said at Channels TV was 100% true. He didn’t even mention how she and her mother constantly beat my mum whenever she visits. He needs to see his kids.

“He has always loved and stood for her even when she lies against his own family. Most of us in the family are not in good communication with him just because of her, so it is false to claim that the man who disowned his family for her was a wife beater. Don’t hurt him with his kids,” Victor Ike posted on X.

Recall that Emeka Ike in an interview on the Rubbin’ Minds programme aired on Channels Television on Sunday revealed that his marriage got him into depression and he was in it for a very long time, adding that it made him lose all his properties.

The 56-year-old actor said “My secondary school, St. Nicolas College on CMD road, Magodo, was shut down, over N480m investment shut down that year, and all I heard was constant battery.

“I was always saying, common I never beat this lady, I went on air, called her, ‘saying babe, do I beat you, but then they said, you are a star and they can always manipulate things and all that.

“Later I discovered that she was actually the one behind the whole thing.

“You have to be a very successful man to be a woman beater because no carpenter or poor man is a woman beater, and there are people like Iyabo Ojo to back them up.”

Recall that a Lagos Island Customary Court on the 3rd of March, 2017 dissolved the marriage between Emeka Ike, and his wife, Suzanne Emma over alleged incessant battery.

The dissolution of their 14-year-old marriage was marked by Suzanne’s allegations of incessant battery against the actor.
