Olaiya Fikayo Temitope, popularly known as Fikayo Bigname, has been nominated for the prestigious Youth Role Model Award 2026 at the Nigeria Week Recognition Awards scheduled to hold in London.
Fikayo Bigname is a Nigerian Gen Z fragrance influencer, digital creator and beauty influencer who has gained recognition for his contribution to Nigeria’s evolving fragrance and beauty culture.
Through fragrance reviews, engaging digital content, and brand collaborations, he has built a growing community of young fragrance enthusiasts and consumers while positioning himself as an emerging voice in the industry.
His nomination recognises his influence in the fragrance and digital creator space, particularly his ability to generate interest in fragrance products and connect brands with a younger, digitally engaged audience.
According to the nomination, Fikayo’s journey reflects youthful enterprise, resilience, and creative expression. The selection committee also acknowledged his ability to inspire his peers, explore new opportunities within the creative economy, and use digital platforms to influence contemporary consumer culture.
The Nigeria Week Recognition Awards 2026, a flagship event of Nigeria Week London, celebrates Nigerians and individuals of Nigerian heritage who have demonstrated excellence, innovation and leadership across various sectors.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Middlesex University, The Burroughs, London NW4 4BT. The red carpet and reception are expected to begin at 6:30 p.m.
Fikayo Bigname is expected to join other nominees, award recipients, diplomats, business leaders and cultural figures at the event.
