Google discreetly introduces its upcoming flagship AI model, codenamed Gemini 2.0.

Search engine giant Google has quietly unveiled its next generation flagship artificial intelligence model code-named Gemini 2.0 Pro Experimental via a changelog.

The most powerful model in Google’s Gemini AI family is now Gemini 2.0 Pro Experimental, which will be accessible to Gemini powerful users starting Thursday, according to the company.

According to Google, it makes no difference if you tackle difficult programming tasks like creating a particular program from scratch or figuring out mathematical puzzles like creating intricate statistical models or quantum algorithms.

In any situation, 2.0 Pro Experimental would make it easier and more accurate for users to complete even the most difficult tasks as it provides “better factuality” and “stronger performance” for coding and mathematics-related tasks.

“Whether you’re tackling advanced coding challenges, like generating a specific program from scratch, or solving mathematical problems, like developing complex statistical models or quantum algorithms, 2.0 Pro Experimental will help you navigate even the most complex tasks with greater ease and accuracy,” Google writes in the changelog.

“We believe in rapid iteration and bringing the best of Gemini to the world, and we want to give Gemini Advanced subscribers priority access to our latest AI innovations,” Google continued in the changelog. “Your feedback helps us improve these models over time, and learning from experimental launches informs how we release models more widely.”
