The Government of Cross River State through the Cross River State Primary Health Care Development Agency (CRSPHCDA) has released the list of successful Directors of Local Government Health Authority in the just concluded interview conducted on Monday 22nd to Tuesday 23rd July 2024.
The list of successful directors which was signed by Dr Etim Effiong Ayi, Permanent Secretary of the CRSPHCDA for the Director-General of CRSPHCDA, Dr Vivian Mesembe Otu, is as follows:

2. Bekwarra – Adi Rosemary Orene
3. Boki – Christiana Ofre
4. Ikom – Patience Emmanuel Ekong
5. Etung – Tangban Norline Obaji
6. Obubra – Ekong Sylvanus Ebingha
7. Abi – Christiana Iwara Iwara
8. Yakurr – Okama Eko Ibiang
9. Biase – Mba Aja Onugu
10. Odukpani – Grace Emmanuel
11. Bakassi – Bassey Eyo Antai
12. Akpabuyo – Edem Ene Asuquo
13. Calabar Municipality – Ndehe Effiong Bassey

Converseer gathered that the list of successful Directors of Local Government Health Authority for the CRSPHCDA that was released on Wednesday, 24th July 2024, was marred with irregularities.
According to a reliable source, positions were given to the highest bidder instead of to those who deserved it.
“This selection interview was marked with so much irregularities, exchange of money as the highest bidder takes it,” the source said.
Adding, “Help us call the government’s attention to what is happening in the Agency.”
