Residents of Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos have benefited from a free eye care outreach organised by marketing communications agency, SBI Media, as part of activities marking its 13th anniversary.

The outreach provided eye examinations and free glasses to residents with presbyopia, an age-related condition that affects near vision.

The intervention was aimed at helping beneficiaries who experience difficulty with everyday activities such as reading, writing, working and using mobile devices.

Speaking during the outreach, the agency’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Rotimi Bankole, said the initiative was intended to provide practical support to residents.

A beneficiary expressed appreciation for the medical checks and glasses provided during the exercise.

The outreach formed part of activities marking the agency’s 13th anniversary.
