A man has shared a screenshot of a group chat as friends tried to cheer up a friend who lost his father.
He shares the chat to show how great male friendships are.
The screenshots show the men making jokes about their friend’s late father.
When Ekene, the young man who lost his father, told his friends that he was “emotionally down”, one of his friends responded: “Guy, u are always down! 5 ft 3 no be down be that?”
Others made jokes about the face of the deceased and said he looka like he wants to “cum” and he doesn’t look like someone who is resting in peace.
The friend who shared the chat wrote in the caption: “My guy’s dad passed on! And we’re trying to comfort him the best way we can! The group chat is a mess. Male friendship >>>”
