The Cultural Carnival which is part of the Carnival Calabar & Festivals held on Tuesday 26 December 2023.
It was flagged off by Cross River Deputy Governor Peter Odey and ushered in participation from various states including Edo, Rivers, Kebbi and Enugu.
All the 18 Local Government Areas of the state also participated as earlier reported by CONVERSEER.
