A Nigerian woman, Evelyn Isaac, has accused her husband of domestic violence.
In a Facebook post on Sunday, February 9, 2025, the Uyo-based mother of two alleged that her husband, Isaac Mefo physically assaulted her, adding that she can no longer tolerate the abuse.
“God will punish you Isaac Mefo for beating me this afternoon. Have tolerated enough,” she wrote.
“God I need all the strength n love I could get at this point n I know U will do it for me.”
The couple celebrated their 7th wedding anniversary in December 2025.
In the anniversary message to her husband, she prayed for more love and sweetness in their home.
“Congratulations n happy wedding anniversary to me n mine. Wishing us more love n sweetness in our home. Happy 7years wedding anniversary to us my darling husband. It’s can only be God,” the message read.
