Rapper Lil Xan has been charged with two felony counts of assault and battery following an incident at a November 2024 concert in Boston, where he allegedly got physical with a fan during his performance.

According to law enforcement, the charges stem from two separate actions: one count for allegedly striking the fan with the microphone and another for reportedly kicking the individual in the head. The altercation took place at the Royale Boston nightclub, where witnesses say Lil Xan spiked his microphone and fled the scene after the incident.
Video footage shows tension escalating as the fan flips Lil Xan off during the face-off, with later clips appearing to capture the rapper being body-slammed on stage. Despite the chaotic scene, police were initially unable to locate him but have now filed formal charges.
Lil Xan, who earlier shared that he is celebrating three years of sobriety and aiming to avoid similar controversies, expressed hopes for a fresh start in 2025. However, the fallout from the Boston incident suggests his path forward may still be rocky as the legal process unfolds.
