Reporters Without Borders (RSF) is urging Guinean authorities to take immediate action to locate investigative journalist Habib Marouane Camara, who has been missing for two months.
Camara, a vocal government critic, was reportedly abducted in early December while visiting a prominent figure. His disappearance has sparked serious concerns over press freedom in Guinea, with RSF condemning it as a blatant attack on journalists’ rights.
The media watchdog continues to call for a transparent and urgent investigation into his whereabouts, stressing the need for accountability and protection of journalists in the country.
