President Donald Trump stated in May that gas prices will come down after the Iran war is over.

“We have more people today working in the United States than in any time in the history,” the president said. “This is with the Iran conflict. That will end soon, very soon. And when it ends, your gasoline prices will go down lower than they were before.”
