Abuja-based lawyer, Stan Alieke, has taken to social media to educate Nigerians about non-consensual s#x.
In his post, Stan stated that under the Nigerian criminal code, ejaculating with a partner without her permission has been held to be r@pe. He also pointed out that under the law, a man cannot claim to have been r@ped by a woman. He stated that the law only recognizes a woman being r@ped by a man. Read his post below
