What role will you play in our team
Our Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for performing daily tactical functions to meet ongoing warehousing business needs and is responsible for maintaining operational internal and external relationships with 3rd party Service Provider. As such, the warehouse coordinator is the primary operational contact for 3rd party Service Provider.
What will you do
• Act as the primary operational contact point for 3rd parties by phone, e-mail and in person to maintain effective relationship
• Effectively communicate with all partners to ensure alignment and accurate execution of plans.
• Understand warehouse contractual framework such as pricing structure.
• Execute the month end invoice verification processes and payments for 3rd parties.
• Responsible to troubleshoot outstanding overdue payments.
• Provide data to reviews and operational stewardship with 3rd parties.
• Facilitate the Order fulfilment process by managing the warehouse operational effectiveness and execution.
• Understand regulatory requirements such as Trade and Transport Regulations, Customs requirements, etc. relevant to warehousing activities.
• Ensure activities at third party facilities are in compliance with ExxonMobil standards / requirements, as applicable.
About You: Skills and qualifications
•Previous experience in Supply Chain or a degree in Supply Chain
•Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
•Strong logical and analytical skills
•Detail oriented, reliable, thorough, initiative-taking personality
•Strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks
•Team player, willing to support other team members
•Working independently, able to perform with limited guidance
•Able to work with external third parties to mutual benefit
