The former lawmaker representing Obubra II State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, Dr Elucate Ekom, has described Governor Bassey Otu’s leadership award as a testament to good leadership.
Dr Ekom stated this in a heartfelt message obtained by CONVERSEER on Wednesday, following the conferment of the prestigious Michael Okpara Award to Governor Otu a few days ago.
In his congratulatory message, Ekom said though Otu is quiet he is focused and determined to restore the glory of the state.

This is in addition to the environmental cleanup in the State Capital which now recaptures the real essence of the Paradise State of Cross River State.
