The Director General of the Cross River State Emergency Management Agency, SEMA, Rev. Hon. Rev. Anam disclosed that the Agency will be taking delivery of the 60 bags of rice per ward as approved by the Governor for distribution across the state this week attributing the delay to a logistic challenge by truckers.

Speaking on behalf of stakeholders after a personal donation of bags of rice and a cash gift from the DG, a former Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in the last dispensation, Bishop Hon. Ekpenyong Iso applauded Governor Bassey Otu for concerted efforts to restore the clean and green status of the capital city as well as the slots allotted to the municipality in appointive positions.
