Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that Russian President, Vladimir Putin, purposely waited to speak out on the Moscow attack so he could think about how he would blame it on Ukraine.
Zelenskyy stated this on Saturday following the attack on Moscow’s Crocus City Hall which left over 130 dead on Friday.
“This happened yesterday (Friday), and this completely worthless Putin, instead of caring for his Russian citizens, and addressing them, he stayed silent for a day thinking about how to get Ukraine involved in this.

“This was completely foreseeable. Hundreds of thousands of Russians who are now killing in Ukrainian land would have been certainly enough to stop any terrorists.
“And if Russians are ready to silently die in Crocus and not ask any questions from special services, Putin will try to use more of such situations for the benefit of his rule,” Zelenskyy said.
