CONVERSEER earlier reported that 16-year-old Stephen Unimawho Apebende of TopFaith International School, Mkpatak, Akwa Ibom State, scored 356 out of 400 in his JAMB.

Apebende who hails from Obudu local government area of the state was awarded a scholarship by Hon. Peter Akpanke, Member representing Obanliku/Obudu/Bekwerra Federal Constituency in the Federal House.

In fairness, Miss Josephine Okon Thomas who scored 357, being the student with the highest JAMB scorer in the State should also be rewarded, at least with a scholarship, owing to the fact that she is struggling financially.
