A Bluetooth device with model number 25032PS56C, approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on January 10, is speculated to be the accessory, according to blogger @体验more.
This development marks a shift from the USB-C interface used in the photography handle for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
The earlier version, priced at 999 yuan, included a 1500mAh battery, serving as both a photography accessory and a mobile power bank. It featured customisable buttons, an independent dial, and a two-stage physical shutter for direct camera activation.
The Mi 15 Ultra photography handle is expected to maintain professional-grade features, aligning with Xiaomi’s emphasis on imaging innovation.
Blogger @数码闲聊站 revealed that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone, launching in February 2025, is equipped with Tiantong satellite calling, Beidou messaging, and three certified configurations. Xiaomi aims to position the device as the “first super-cup imaging flagship of 2025.”
