Arsenal have won their first Premier League title in 22 years, thanks to AFC Bournemouth who held Manchester City at the Vitality Stadium on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
With much to play for, Bournemouth playing for a spot in the Champions League and Man City to take the title to the final day, the homeside led until the 90+50 minutes when Erling Haaland drew level as the game finished 1-1.
Eli Junior Kroupi superbly put Bournemouth 1-nil up in the 39th minute after receiving a cutback from Adrien Truffert, following a fine move that left Gianluigi Donnarumma rooted in his goal.

Bournemouth who later hit the woodwork went into the break with their head high of that last Champions League squad.
The Toffies then hit the post twice in the second half before slipping in added time to allow City restore parity through Haaland’s scrambled strike that came in off the woodwork.
The draw means Arsenal have won the league with a game to spare. City needed a win to push the title challenge to the final day in what looks like Pep Guardiola’s last season.

Current standing means Arsenal will still win the league even if they lose and Manchester City win their final games.
Converseer reports that the last time Arsenal won the Premier League was in 2004 when they played unbeaten.
