Kanye West Reveals His Upcoming Album Title "Bully" Inspired by Son Saint West's Playground Incident

Kanye “Ye” West has revealed this his 9-uear-old son being a bully inspired the name for his upcoming album.

The rapper appeared on Justin LaBoy’s The Download podcast this week, where he discussed a range of topics.

During their chat, Ye also disclosed the inspiration behind his upcoming album, which is titled Bully.

Bully marks Kanye’s first solo project in over three years.

When asked why he chose to name the album Bully, Kanye revealed that it was inspired by his 9-year-old son Saint West, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.

“My son was playing with some kid, and then he kicked him,” Ye began. “I asked my son, ‘Why did you do that?’ He said, ‘Because he weak.’”

“I was like, This man is really a bully right here,” Ye laughed.

Kanye West says he named his upcoming album ?Bully? after learning his son Saint West ?kicked? a child for being ?weak?

Host Justin laughed along with Ye before stating, “Saint, you the reason for Bully.”

As the rapper mentioned Saint’s apparent habit of kicking and pushing other kids, Justin said, “I wonder where he get that from, which parent. Definitely a young Ye.”

Several social media users have since branded Ye’s remarks “weird” and “disgusting.”

“He’s proud to have raised a bully smh,” one person wrote.

“Uhm…. okay… this is weird. I have so many thoughts,” someone else said.

“As if you’re child kicking other child who seemed ‘weak’ is something to brag on. Disgusting,” another comment read.

“praising your kid for being a bully. yeah, that’s going to work out really well. Great parenting. Not,” one more user added.

This comes months after Saint West’s YouTube account had to be taken down after he made two disrespectful posts directed at Kamala Harris while she was contesting for the position of the US President (read here).

In the posts, Saint referred to Kamala Harris as “sh**”, “dumb” and other disrespectful truly adjectives.

One post was of an illustration of an angry man lifting his foot to look at the sole of his shoe, with the words “I stepped in s***” written above him. A photo of Harris is then displayed on the shoe.

Another clip shared on his channel included a photo of Harris overlayed with the popular GIF of the Saved by the Bell cast saying the words “dumb,” “stupid,” “crazy,” and “dangerous.”
