Born in Akpabuyo Local Government Area and raised in Cross River State, Nigeria, she has become an inspiring leader and a role model, especially for young people and women within her community and beyond.
Utibe holds several academic qualifications in management, governance, and leadership, enabling her to navigate and excel in various professional fields. She has played pivotal roles in government and private sector initiatives, focusing on improving the welfare of her people and fostering sustainable development.
Throughout her career, Utibe has consistently advocated for the advancement of women, both in leadership and entrepreneurship. She has organised numerous workshops and empowerment programmes aimed at uplifting the socio-economic conditions of women in Cross River State.
