“I’m a single mom who got pregnant in my 200Level. Even though I had no financial support from family, I still graduated with a first class degree.

“My journey wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. I am so proud of my achievements and I hope my story inspires others who face similar challenges. What ever you put your heart into, you will achieve.

“I am sharing this today for anyone who has been reduced or who’s contemplating giving up because of the stigma associated with pregnancy or any other thing whatsoever. You are not limited. You are not who people say you are. You are what you make yourself.

“I have received all sorts of insults, mockery, condescension, because of my baby. Today, this baby is my biggest source of joy. My happiness knows no boundaries, and all she has brought me is blessings. A reason to keep fighting and exceeding.

“Being in FUTA, and in Computer Science is already tough enough, regardless, I knew no one was coming to help me. All I had was God. He stood by me, and even though I was tired many times, His strength upheld me, and here I am, TWICE AS TALL.

“In the middle of this, I still started two businesses, first “Just Popcorn” and “Just Cool Cream,” and it’s been a great journey.”
