All Hail The Eto Nkori Of Cross River State, Prof. Zana Akpagu

Today, we commemorate a significant milestone in the history of Cross River State as we celebrate the fifth anniversary of the conferment of the prestigious title of Eto Nkori on Professor Zana Akpagu. This esteemed honour was bestowed upon him in recognition of his exceptional leadership qualities, academic achievements, and political relevance by the Cross River State Traditional Rulers Council on the 26th of August 2019.

Five years have passed since Prof. Akpagu was honoured with this title, and remarkably, he remains the only individual to have been conferred with this distinction. This fact alone speaks volumes about his enduring legacy and the impact he has had on the people of the state.

As Eto Nkori, Prof. Akpagu has continued to inspire and uplift Cross Riverians, fostering a sense of unity and purpose that has propelled the state forward. Even though he’s out of office, his behind-the-scene leadership and vision have been instrumental in inspiring initiatives that promote economic growth, social justice, and cultural preservation.
