The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has said it expects to conclude its ongoing recruitment exercise within the next four weeks.

The board announced this in a statement issued on Friday by its Secretary, Maj.-Gen. (rtd.) AM Jibril.

According to the board, the recruitment process has entered its final stage after receiving a large volume of applications from across the country.

“The recruitment process has taken place, and it has now reached its last stages, which will be completed within four weeks,” the statement said.

The board said the process was being conducted with regard to justice, merit, federal character, due process and the operational requirements of the four services.

Successful applicants, it said, would be notified through the official recruitment portal after the exercise is concluded.
