Tunde Babalola, better known as Tunde Phoenix, is mocking his former client for a relationship stunt that immediately unraveled.
Until recently, Tunde was a strategist for Asake.
After the Nigerian singer went viral when photos of him and American model India Love made it to the internet, Tunde took to his Instagram Stories to blast Asake and ask if that was the best strategy he could come up with to promote his new music. Tunde added that it was a “dead rollout” and anyone could smell the stunt from a mile away.
He told Asake to just release his music, instead of faking a relationship to get publicity.
Tunde added that Asake was trying to copy Burna Boy and Chloe Bailey.
When India Love responded that she and Asake are not dating and the photos were from a music video, Tunde quickly shared her response as he mocked Asake further.
“She don confess,” Tunde wrote.
