The National Coordinator of the Tinubu Torch Bearers (TTB), Dr. Ngozi Olejeme, has called on members of the group to intensify grassroots mobilisation in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election in the 2027 general election.
Speaking on the second day of the ongoing seminar for TTB zonal and state coordinators at the organisation’s national secretariat in Asokoro, Abuja, Olejeme urged members to remain committed to promoting the achievements of the Tinubu administration and expanding public support for the President’s second-term bid.
She said the group’s immediate responsibility was to strengthen public confidence in the administration’s policies while sustaining the momentum of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
According to Olejeme, President Tinubu’s administration has recorded significant achievements, citing the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), which she said has expanded access to education for many Nigerians, as well as tax and fiscal reforms aimed at improving the business environment and boosting investor confidence.
“Tinubu Torch Bearers must engage in mass mobilisation for effective participation. The harvest is wide and plentiful, so we need more labourers. The harder we work, the faster we can reach the nation. Your hard work will speak for you as the results will show,” she said.
The TTB National Coordinator maintained that Nigeria’s future depends on collective efforts and argued that continuity in leadership would help consolidate ongoing reforms and accelerate national development.
“The re-election of President Bola Tinubu means total economic liberation for Nigeria,” she said, adding that the administration remains focused on reducing borrowing, tackling unemployment and driving economic growth.
Olejeme urged coordinators to return to their wards, local government areas and communities to sensitise Nigerians on the achievements of the administration and the benefits of its reform programmes.
She also expressed support for the activities of the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, describing her as a strong advocate of national development whose public engagements have continued to inspire women across the country.
